Recipe for pork kontosouvli by Sophocles:
In a big utensil put big pieces of pork meat.
Marinate the meat with salt, pepper, melted garlic, oil and mix all this thoroughly.
Put one by one the pieces of pork meat on the spit and wait for three hours to roast.
Serve in small pieces with French fries and fresh oregano.
